Project WILD Nature Ecology education - 6hr Certification course by Schelly
[Schelly writes:] Just so you know, I also made contact with the Project WILD state coordinator for Colorado and she said there will be no problem getting the workshop participants teacher credit. She is sending me the regional Project WILD coordinators information and I will order Colorado materials through them for the workshop. She is adding me as a facilitator for the state of Colorado.

[Vicki Johnston writes: ] We need a sign up registrations deadline. We need to register sufficient families (say at least 10 at $295.00 per family by say June 15th. To justify continuing to move forward. The $295.00 would need to be non-refundable unless the conference didn’t make.
We are discussing the blending of two different kinds of workshops: those for children and those for adults. Bringing in children means consideration for the children’s care while the parents are attending workshops. It matters whether or not these are all local attendees. Consideration: Do we want parents to observe children’s workshops or do we want to make adult workshops and children’s simultaneous?
Right now we have enough people and courses to fill three days at best, from say 9:00 till 3:00, say Thursday thru Saturday, Plus P.M. Closing with presentations Saturday night. (In the past we charged $300.00. This covered Friday a.m. observation of children in class till noon; P.M. Workshops; All day Saturday, with evening gathering ; Sunday workshops till Three p.m. When people arrived they found Juice, Tea, Coffee, and delicious Muffins and Breads awaiting them each a.m. We made reservations at local restaurants for people to eat lunch together.)
